Amphos, a UK specialist in smart energy and fleet electrification, acquired Cleaner Group, an Independent Connection Provider (ICP), in late July. The acquisition adds Cleaner’s expertise in grid connections, substations, and high-voltage infrastructure to Amphos’ capabilities. Amphos manages groundworks, grid connections, equipment installation, and commissioning to deliver charging facilities on schedule and within budget while limiting operational disruption. The combined capabilities allow management of offsite grid integration and onsite installation and commissioning, creating a single provider for full-scope fleet electrification projects. The move positions the company to accelerate rollout across e-buses, e-trucks, commercial, residential, and renewables projects.
