Newstead will oversee both Legal and Government Affairs and brings extensive government and private-sector experience, including roles at the Department of State, White House OMB, Department of Justice, and a Supreme Court clerkship. Lisa Jackson, vice president for Environment, Policy, and Social Initiatives, will retire in late January 2026 after leading climate, sustainability, environmental impact, and DEI-related efforts.
