Can't upgrade your Windows 10 PC? Here are you options before it all ends in 5 months
Briefly

As of October 14, 2025, Microsoft will cease support for all editions of Windows 10, including monthly security updates. The 22H2 version will be the last of Windows 10. Users are encouraged to upgrade to Windows 11, but many may face challenges due to strict hardware compatibility requirements. While software will continue to operate post-support, it will no longer receive any updates or technical support, leading to potential security risks.
The end date is right there on the Microsoft Support document that lists products retiring or reaching the end of support in 2025.
Windows 10 will reach end of support on Oct. 14, 2025. The current version, 22H2, will be the final version of Windows 10.
There will be no new security updates, non-security updates, or assisted support. Customers are encouraged to migrate to the latest version of the product or service.
Unfortunately, that's not a supported option for customers running Windows 10 on hardware that doesn't meet the stringent hardware compatibility requirements of Windows 11.
