The exhibition, held in partnership with the LSU School of Art, features 64 artists from 18 U.S. states and 3 different nations, each hand-picked via a blind jurying process. The exhibition, which is open to all, free of charge - features painting, photography, ceramics, textiles, mixed media, and more."
Surreal Salon 18 is a juried international exhibition curated by guest juror SWOON and hosted at the Baton Rouge Gallery in partnership with the LSU School of Art. The exhibition features 64 artists from 18 U.S. states and three nations selected via a blind jurying process. Works include painting, photography, ceramics, textiles, mixed media, and more. Admission is free and open to the public. More than $2,000 in cash prizes will be awarded, and the Best in Show artist will receive an online profile by Juxtapoz. The exhibition runs January 2–25, 2026, with a Surreal Salon Soiree scheduled for January 24.
