This New MTB Grip from OneUp Might Actually Give You More Control On Trail
"Grips are a small but very important detail on a mountain bike. As one of the few points of contact between the rider and the bike, the right grip can make or break how a bike feels, and no one is more in tune with this than the pros. And who would know this better than one of the greatest mountain bikers of our generation? Well, Jackson Goldstone and OneUp Components have whipped up something special with Jackson's signature grips."
"This race grip is tailored for top-level DH racing. The new Goldstone Grips provide unmatched control and a secure, locked-in sensation, thanks to a fairly unique profile and compound. These aren't just for riders at the tip of the spear, and riders of all skill levels can enjoy the benefits of these World Cup-winning grips. They might not make you as fast as Jackson, but that doesn't mean they won't make you more comfortable on the bike."
Jackson Goldstone and OneUp Components collaborated on a signature mountain bike grip tailored for downhill racing. The Goldstone Grips combine a raised palm pad, angled ridges, and dual-durometer construction — a tacky 20A grip body with a durable 45A outer flange — to improve control and hand placement. The grips measure 140mm in length, weigh 108g, and feature body diameters from 29mm to 33mm with a 39mm outer flange to prevent slipping. Pricing is listed at $29.99 USD with regional equivalents provided.
