The extensively wooded property includes a heated cabana, infinity pool with spa, children's playground, and parking for 12 vehicles. The property previously sold in 2013 for $5.7 million. Zach and Rita Goldsmith of Hilton & Hyland/Christie's International Real Estate served as listing agents, while John Johnston of Sotheby's International Realty represented Mars.
