Net sales for the quarter reached $65.98 billion, up 8.2% year-over-year. US comparable sales rose 5.9%, driven by a 2.6% traffic increase and a 3.2% transaction-size gain. Holiday activity set records for US warehouses, with 358,000 whole pizzas sold for Halloween and more than 4.5 million pies in the three days before Thanksgiving. Memberships increased by over 5% to nearly 146 million cardholders. The company operates 923 warehouses worldwide, including 633 in the US.
