Todd Combs is departing Geico to lead JPMorgan's $10 billion Strategic Investment Group and to serve as a special advisor to JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon. Combs served as one of Berkshire Hathaway's investment managers for 15 years and as Geico's CEO since early 2020. He expressed gratitude and pride in Geico employees, cited confidence in the insurer's ongoing transformation and momentum, and praised Nancy Pierce as the right, uniquely qualified leader to take Geico to the next level. Combs characterized his time at Geico as a privilege and honor.
