Vero Fiber completes acquisition of BendTel, Inc. - Telecompetitor
"Finalizing this acquisition is a meaningful step in our growth across Central Oregon,"
"BendTel has been a trusted partner for enterprise and commercial clients for more than two decades and we are excited to integrate their experienced team and well-built network as we continue delivering fast, reliable fiber service with a local touch."
"As we looked toward the future, joining Vero was the right move for our customers and our employees,"
The acquisition of BendTel by Vero Fiber closed after final Federal Communications Commission approval, bringing BendTel's staff, infrastructure, and customer base into Vero. Vero had already begun Fiber-to-the-Home deployments in Bend neighborhoods including Portland Avenue and River West and plans to expand residential fiber into Old Bend and the Orchard District. The combined organization aims to deliver gigabit-class fiber connectivity to thousands more households while expanding commercial and enterprise services. BendTel's fiber network, voice solutions, and long-standing business relationships complement Vero's resources and scale to accelerate regional fiber access and service delivery.
