Dense fog advisory issued for Carquinez Strait and Delta and Southern Sacramento Valley until Thursday midday

"Carquinez Strait and Delta and Southern Sacramento Valley are under a dense fog advisory which was issued by the National Weather Service on Thursday at 7:12 a.m. The advisory is in effect until noon. The NWS Sacramento CA says to be ready for, Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog. Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous, the NWS said."
