"The progression begins with playful, chaat-inspired courses before moving into seasonal compositions that emphasize nuanced spice work and texture. To complement the meal, Beverage Director Chris Farrell has curated a wine program focused on small-production, terroir-driven bottles. Guests can also explore a sustainability-focused cocktail menu or a customizable Gin & Tonic program."
Chef Sujan Sarkar is bringing Indienne to Hudson Yards, opening at Henry Hall in a 34-seat format. Indienne debuted in Chicago in 2022 and earned a Michelin star within its first year, along with recognition on major “Best New Restaurant” lists. Sarkar’s “progressive Indian” approach pairs regional Indian flavors with classical European techniques. The New York experience centers on three 9-course tasting menus: non-vegetarian, vegetarian, and vegan. Meals begin with chaat-inspired courses and then move into seasonal compositions that emphasize nuanced spice work and texture. Beverage Director Chris Farrell curates a small-production, terroir-driven wine program, plus a sustainability-focused cocktail menu and a customizable Gin & Tonic program.
