Last year, Consani made history by becoming the first trans woman to win Model of the Year at the 2024 Fashion Awards. Adding to her major fashion collaborations, she is now working with YSL for its latest drop: the Lash Latex"
"The model and content creator began modelling at the age of 12 after answering a Facebook ad seeking transgender models. She signed with IMG Models in 2019. At the time, she was considered the youngest transgender model in the world. In an interview with Vogue, Consani said: "Especially as a young trans girl, I always saw the lack of representation, and wanted to fill the void and show other trans and non-binary people that it was beautiful to be trans-not something to be ashamed of.""
Alex Consani, a trans model and content creator, stars in YSL Beauty's campaign for Lash Latex Mascara, showcasing lifted, sculpted lashes and radiant skin. The mascara is a water-based formula designed for 24-hour wear and will be available on sephora.com from December 18.
