Michał Marczak's Closure is a documentary chronicling a father's search for his missing teenage son. Marczak insisted that none of the film's scenes were staged, emphasizing its nonfiction status. Marczak and producer Karolina Marczak were researching a scripted river-set project when they encountered Daniel, a late-40s man who guided them to safety and invited them to his campfire. Daniel revealed that he was on the Vistula River searching for his son's body, and his story became the basis for the documentary.
