The Connaught Grill in Mayfair has launched a limited-time game menu in partnership with Purdey, available through January 31, 2026. Executive chef Ramiro Lafuente Martinez created dishes including venison wrapped in bacon, rabbit terrine with quail's egg, foie gras tartlet with hazelnut and pickled cherry, squab in turnip and whiskey sauce, and the Purdey Game Pie honoring Purdey founder James Purdey. Desserts include warm Suffolk sheep's cheese with plums and fig cake with fig leaf ice cream. Servers will wear Purdey's classic tweed and guests can choose a Purdey knife for carving. A bespoke cocktail of Sipsmith sloe gin, Billecart Salmon champagne and bergamot will be served in a Purdey hip flask, and two wine pairings are offered as add-ons.
