French authorities issued warrants in July for Nili Kupfer-Naouri of Israel is Forever and Rachel Touitou of Tsav 9 accusing them of complicity in genocide and public provocation for genocide. The pair are alleged to have sought to block aid trucks entering Gaza between January and November 2024 and in May at the Nitzana and Kerem Shalom frontier posts. The warrants call for the two to appear before an investigating magistrate but do not request their detention. Investigators said similar warrants could be issued for about ten other people. Defenders described the actions as pacifist protests against diversion of humanitarian aid, while one activist labeled the investigation "anti-semitic madness."
