Analogue 3D Returns Soon With Fresh Retro Colourways
"The Analogue 3D is earning high praise as one of the best 4K N64 emulators ever made, and it'll soon be available in a wide range of "funtastic" colors. As part of a highly limited-edition release, Analogue will offer its console with transparent shells designed to emulate the look of classic N64 consoles from the 2000s. Priced at $300 each, these will launch alongside matching 8BitDo controllers on December 10 at 8 AM PT / 11 AM ET and will be delivered before Christmas."
"Analogue says it spent over a year getting the colors just right for this release, and it collaborated with 8BitDo to replicate the look of the Funtastic originals. There'll be eight colorways to choose from: Jungle, Ice, Watermelon, Fire, Grape, Clea, Smoke, and a Gold model inspired by the legendary Toys R Us N4 console that collectors highly covet. The 8BitDo controllers will also be released in the same color set."
Analogue 3D is praised as a top-tier 4K N64 emulator and will be offered in limited-edition transparent shells modeled after early-2000s N64 Funtastic variants. The limited run includes eight colorways — Jungle, Ice, Watermelon, Fire, Grape, Clea, Smoke, and a Gold Toys R Us-inspired model — and matching 8BitDo controllers. Limited-edition consoles are priced at $300 with launch and delivery before Christmas on December 10 at 8 AM PT / 11 AM ET. Standard black and white Analogue 3D units are restocked December 10 at a raised price of $269 and ship in January. The Analogue 3D faces competition from the FPGA-based ModRetro M64, priced at $200, whose accuracy relative to Analogue remains to be seen.
