"The carrier announced that it is now expanding the service to third-party apps with support for popular apps like WhatsApp, AllTrails, OnX, AccuWeather, Google Maps, CalTopo and X. The service is bundled with most T-Mobile plans, while users on other networks can purchase access for $10 per month. The aforementioned apps will work on most of the recently released Android and iOS devices, with support for older models being expanded."

The service is included with most T-Mobile plans while users on other carriers can purchase access for $10 per month. Supported apps will work on most recently released Android and iOS devices, with support for additional older models being rolled out. App-specific features include sending messages, voice notes, photos and group calls on WhatsApp, and posting text, photos, GIFs and videos on X. T-Satellite also supports most native apps on iPhone, Pixel and Samsung phones, with new features available on select iOS 26 and Android 16 devices.
