Saban Films has secured the U.S. distribution rights for the upcoming crime thriller In Cold Light, featuring Maika Monroe, Troy Kotsur, and Helen Hunt. Directed by Maxime Giroux, marking his first English-language film, it tells the story of Ava, played by Monroe, who, after a prison release, navigates a violent city while confronting her past and defending herself against imminent threats. Scheduled to premiere at the Tribeca Festival, plans for nationwide theatrical release are set later this year.
