The Los Angeles Dodgers activated Blake Treinen off the injured list and recalled Justin Wrobleski for their series finale against the Boston Red Sox. In a corresponding move, the team sent down Edgardo Henriquez and Will Klein to Triple-A Oklahoma City. Treinen, who was initially placed on the 15-day injured list in April and later moved to the 60-day IL, has a 3.38 ERA with 10 strikeouts over eight innings this season. Manager Dave Roberts emphasized the importance of Treinen's health for the second half of the season.

Treinen was initially placed on the 15-day injured list in April with forearm tightness, but the Dodgers transferred the star reliever to the 60-day IL in May.
Manager Dave Roberts revealed the Dodgers were in no rush to bring Treinen back since the ultimate goal was to have the right-hander for the second half of the season.
Now, the Dodgers get back one of their biggest bullpen stars with Treinen's arrival to Boston.
