A Pair of Acclaimed Restaurants Will Debut in Los Angeles at a $10 Billion Beverly Hills Development
"Los Mochis, a London-based restaurant that combines Mexican and Japanese flavors, will make its U.S. debut at One Beverly Hills. The restaurant opened its first location in London's Notting Hill in 2021 and a second rooftop flagship location in 2024. Alongside dishes like snow crab guacamole, chipotle miso soup, sushi, and miso nopales tacos, Los Mochis is well-known for its sake room and a late-night agave bar with rare tequilas and mezcals."
"When complete, the mixed-use project will feature 45 restaurants and retail businesses, including an outlet for Dolce & Gabbana, plus an all-suite hotel, two residential towers (Aman Beverly Hills), private gardens for residents, and a 10-acre botanical garden by Rios Design Studio that will connect the currently under-construction Beverly Hilton and the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills. Cain International is developing the property."
One Beverly Hills is a 200,000-square-foot, $10 billion mixed-use development under construction at the triangular corridor of Wilshire Boulevard, Santa Monica Boulevard, Merv Griffin Way, and the Los Angeles Country Club; construction began in February 2024 and the project is slated for 2027. The development will feature 45 restaurants and retail businesses, an outlet for Dolce & Gabbana, an all-suite hotel, two residential towers (Aman Beverly Hills), private gardens for residents, and a 10-acre botanical garden by Rios Design Studio linking the Beverly Hilton and the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills. Cain International is the developer. Los Mochis will occupy 12,000 square feet with a 2,000-square-foot garden, a private dining room, and Tuna Ten Rei, a Mexican-Japanese omakase counter; the menu is gluten- and nut-free. Casa Tua Cocina, an upscale Miami Italian restaurant and private club, will open a Beverly Hills location encompassing approximately 20,000 square feet.
