The 1926-built, updated property spans 3,855 square feet on three-quarter acres and features five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, a rotunda entry, fireplace, updated kitchen, and gym. Outdoor amenities include a courtyard, swimming pool, basketball half-court, guesthouse, and chauffeur's quarters. The couple purchased the property two years earlier from actress Nicole Sullivan for $1.865 million. James Foreman of Sotheby's International Realty represented the sellers, while Jordana Leigh of Rodeo Realty represented the buyers.
