The Progress Pride flag normally flies in the north-east corner of Tottenham Hotspur Stadium but was relocated for the Slavia Prague match on 9 December. Spurs said the flag was moved at the visiting team's request to UEFA on security grounds. Slavia Prague explained the flag would have been in the section reserved for their fans, so it was temporarily moved with agreement from the home club. Proud Lilywhites opposed the request, stating the risk was opponents' reactions and emphasising that visibility matters and LGBTQI+ fans should not have to shrink.
