Judge Dale Tillery ruled that the NCAA's five-year eligibility rule violated the Texas Antitrust Act and granted a temporary injunction allowing Louis Moore to play for Indiana this season. Moore filed a lawsuit in early August seeking to exclude his three years at Navarro Junior College from that eligibility calculation. Moore attended Navarro from 2019 to 2022, redshirted and was injured, then played at Indiana in 2022 and 2023 before transferring to Ole Miss for the 2024 season. Moore leads Indiana with 23 tackles and two interceptions for 41 yards.
