Learn How to Make Noodles at Tonkotsu

A noodle-making workshop is organized at Tonkostu East on June 8th, 2024, specifically for LOTI INSIDERS. Participants will learn to prepare ramen noodles guided by Ken Yamada, co-founder of the restaurant. After making the dough, attendees will shape and cook their noodles into a Tonkotsu dish. Each participant will receive a goodie bag, which includes a jar of the restaurant's renowned 'eat the bits chilli' oil. Tickets are priced at £35 for LOTI INSIDERS, with membership options available.
On Sat 8th June, head to Tonkostu East where the restaurant group's co-founder Ken Yamada will guide you through how to blend and roll out your dough, before shaping it into the perfect ramen noodles.
He'll then cook them into the Tonkotsu dish of your choice so you can try the fruits of your labour.
At the end of the meal, you'll get a bag of goodies to take home, including a jar of their legendary 'eat the bits chilli' oil.
