James Barr, known for waking up listeners on Hits Radio Breakfast, is also a successful comedian and podcaster. "I'll probably still be writing it until it's selling out the Palladium and on Netflix," he jokes today, though I feel he's serious.
"That's a great question. I'm really struggling with that at the moment," he confesses. He says he tries to tell himself that his jobs are all the same thing - 'creating a feeling or mood' - which makes his workload easier to manage.
"I think it's true? I think that's how I'm managing it?" he backtracks with a laugh.
"Previously I was just doing dick jokes, but now I'm doing..."
