Though not with the Dodgers during their road trip, the event marked an emotional reunion as he was honored alongside other former players. Buehler's upcoming pitching appearance in the series finale against the Dodgers provides an additional layer to this significant occasion.

Buehler follows in the footsteps of Jack Flaherty, Ryan Brasier, Brent Honeywell, Clayton McCullough, Daniel Hudson, Ryan Yarbrough, Joe Kelly and Miguel Vargas of receiving his 2024 Dodgers World Series ring after the fact due to no longer being with the team.
Though, the Dodgers did share a tribute video to celebrate and thank Buehler after he officially signed with the Red Sox.
Buehler is next scheduled to pitch in the series finale against the Dodgers.
