Zeta Global entered a definitive agreement to acquire Marigold’s enterprise software business, with the transaction expected to close by the end of 2025 and subject to customary closing conditions. The deal includes Marigold Loyalty, Cheetah Digital, Selligent, Sailthru, Liveclicker and Grow; Campaign Monitor, Emma and Vuture are excluded. The acquired tools focus on relationship marketing, covering loyalty programs, cross-channel messaging, omnichannel automation, AI-driven personalization, real-time dynamic email content, and customer acquisition. The enterprise business serves over 100 global brands, including more than 40 Fortune 500 companies, and expands Zeta’s EMEA footprint while creating APAC entry points and cross-sell opportunities.
