"At around 11:58 p.m. on May 5, police were sent to mile marker eight on I-95 South for a reported crash, the Quinn's office said. Police found a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta, with four occupants, pinned between the highway guardrail and Flores' 2005 Freightliner M2 truck, the local DA said."
"Police discovered Flores "a short distance from the crash scene" after he "exited" the vehicle, Quinn's office said. He was brought to Rhode Island Hospital with life-threatening injuries."

A Rhode Island truck driver, Julio Flores of Pawtucket, died Monday evening nearly one week after a crash on I-95 in North Attleborough. Police were called around 11:58 p.m. on May 5 to mile marker eight on I-95 South for a reported crash. Officers found a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta with four occupants pinned between the highway guardrail and Flores’ 2005 Freightliner M2 truck. Flores was found a short distance from the crash scene after he exited the vehicle and was taken to Rhode Island Hospital with life-threatening injuries. The status of the four Jetta occupants has not been released. State Police are investigating the incident.
