Inquiry into the Open Sky
Briefly

The meditation begins with a self-check-in regarding thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations. Participants are encouraged to acknowledge their current state as valid. A chant is introduced before focusing on intentions for meditation. Relaxation is emphasized through wide-open awareness of breath and body sensations. Participants are guided to breathe deeply and enjoy the calming effect of breath, allowing for tension release throughout the body, specifically starting from the forehead and face.
Now, we're going to simply do some relaxation. What I'd like you to do is, allow your mind to be really wide open, just notice the breath coming and going, in a very relaxed, very pleasant manner.
If you want to, for this section, you can breathe a little more fully, with a deep, open belly breath. You could even allow the exhale to be longer than the inhale, so you start to tune into some really pleasant body sensations of relaxation.
