I represent the UFC world heavyweight champion... His contract is a f--ing disgrace, a disgrace. And I cannot believe the money that he is on. When you look at the commercial revenue that his fight would generate against a Pereira or against a Gane in a rematch. Honestly, if I'm Tom Aspinall, I'm looking at that contract, I'll go, 'I don't think you should even f--ing bother me.' But he wants to come back... By the time you've paid your tax and paid your time, there's no f--ing point in even fighting.

Perry is scheduled to fight fellow UFC alum Nate Diaz on Most Valuable Promotions' first MMA card on May 16 at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles, California. The event, which will be broadcast on Netflix, also features fights like Ronda Rousey vs. Gina Carano and Francis Ngannou vs. Philipe Lins.

I think [Garry can beat Makhachev]. It's hard, but I think he has some skills needed to beat Islam. If I need to bet my money, of course Islam. But I really want Ian to get the belt, and then we do a rematch in Brazil for the title.

With a perfect 11-0 record that includes eight finishes, and the chance to fight in his hometown at The O2 Arena, Pinto has all the motivation in the world to go out and deliver a big performance on Saturday night as he plans to do two things: make himself happy with his performance, and issue a warning to the heavyweight division that a talented new threat is on his way.

In addition to Ronda Rousey vs. Gina Carano and Francis Ngannou vs. Philipe Lins, another massive bout has been added to the card: Nate Diaz vs. Mike Perry.

I'll see how my body feels, said the world No 2. We'll see how I feel in practice and at home and if I get itchy feet at home maybe add an event at some point. It was important to make the weekend here and play an extra couple of days.
