"That guy is different. His power, his speed, his cardio, his nonstop punching and relentless pressure," Paul said. "Your punches don't mean s--- to him. He has giant forearms that go from the bottom of his hip to the top of his head. You can't get through his guard."
Jake Paul will face two-time unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua on Dec. 19 in Miami as a massive underdog. Paul has pursued fights with accomplished boxers including Terence Crawford, Canelo Alvarez and Gervonta Davis. Paul said he refuses to fight WBC light heavyweight champion David Benavidez, placing him on a short list of fighters he would not face. Paul called Benavidez his favorite boxer to watch but said Benavidez would be a horrible style matchup because of his power, speed, cardio, nonstop punching and relentless pressure. Paul said Benavidez's guard and forearms make punches ineffective.
