iQOO 15T is scheduled to debut in China on May 20 at 7PM local time. The device is confirmed to use MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 “Monster Edition,” a custom version of the standard 9500 with improved frame-rate stability enabled by iQOO’s in-house Q3 gaming chip. The phone is expected to feature a 6.83-inch 2K display with a 144Hz refresh rate. Rumors point to a 200MP main camera paired with a 50MP secondary lens.
