Deafheaven Tease New Music for 2026
""I guess this is the first time I'll have said this, and maybe it's good [timing] because the year is concluding, but we will have new music next year,""
""All I wanna do is just keep my head down and tour, to have good shows and meet cool people and go to cool places. It's the same thing as it was from day one,""
""We will be touring a lot. So, we're gonna be very, very busy. It will be busier than this year, which is a blessing.""
Deafheaven will release new music in 2026. Lonely People with Power was released in March 2025. The gap between that album and Infinite Granite was roughly four years, while earlier gaps lasted two to three years. It is unclear whether the upcoming material will be a full-length LP or a smaller-scale release. The band plans extensive touring throughout 2026 and expects a busier schedule than 2025. Currently announced dates include a handful in Europe and a Sick New World festival appearance in Texas, with additional North American dates likely to be added.
