McGill graduated from the Curtis Institute and Juilliard and serves as principal flautist with the Seattle Symphony. McGill performs as a soloist, within chamber ensembles and orchestras, and covers repertoire spanning classical masterworks and contemporary compositions. McGill will present two solo works accompanied by the Peninsula Symphony under the direction of Lara Webber, while the orchestra performs three additional pieces. The performance is scheduled for Oct. 4 at Campbell's Heritage Theatre, with tickets $35–$50 and free admission for children and students.
