""Sabotage. Become an upsetter. Make yourself a disturbance. Become the problem. Disrupt what is clean and easy. International solidarity with all fighting struggling and working people. Radical love compels me to fight.""
""I support and consume independent journalism in general, but full disclosure, I am a straight up a fan of Popular Front,""
""Their crew does hard work to tell true stories, or as they put it 'honest reporting.' To work together on 'Sabotage' is a self-fulfilling prophecy. New York band with a New York song reaching out to the world at war with a message of love and solidarity.""
NYC post-hardcore act Show Me the Body released a studio version of their cover of the Beastie Boys' "Sabotage" accompanied by an intense music video shot by conflict news organization Popular Front. The band has made "Sabotage" a staple of their setlist, and the Kenneth Blume-produced recording is a crushing, faithful interpretation of the rap-rock anthem. The video blends live footage from a London Southwark Park pop-up show with archival Popular Front material. The band framed the release with a politically charged statement calling for disruption, international solidarity, and "radical love." The band also announced a 10th anniversary reissue of their debut album Body War, with a release show at 99 Scott in Brooklyn on October 17.
