Cleveland drafted two quarterbacks in 2025, selecting Dillon Gabriel in the third round and Sheduer Sanders in the fifth. Gabriel played six collegiate seasons at UCF, Oklahoma and Oregon, finishing his final year 13-1 after Oregon went 12-0 in the regular season and won the conference. After four games in 2025, Cleveland benched Flacco and named Gabriel the Week 5 starter, whose first NFL start is in London against Minnesota.
