New England ruled out third-string running back Terrell Jennings after he missed all three practices while in the NFL concussion protocol. Mike Vrabel said D'Ernest Johnson "will probably" assume Jennings's third-string role and stated roster adjustments will be determined later. Linebacker Robert Spillane is listed questionable after limited practice participation. Buffalo listed cornerback Christian Benford, linebacker Terrel Bernard, and wide receiver Joshua Palmer as questionable after practice injuries. Benford injured his toe, was a non-participant at Friday practice, and earned AFC Defensive Player of the Week for Week 13 after a fumble-return touchdown, an interception, and multiple tackles.
