Strome and Protas brothers take legendary photo together before Capitals preseason game in Hershey
"📸: @Capitals/X HERSHEY, PA - The Washington Capitals did something special for their preseason game at Hershey's Giant Center on Thursday. Capitals head coach Spencer Carbery dressed both Strome brothers - Dylan Strome and Matt Strome - and both Protas brothers - Aliaksei Protas and Ilya Protas - in the team's game against the Philadelphia Flyers. The four players posed for a photo before the game at center ice."
"From left to right, that's Matt Strome, Dylan Strome, Ilya Protas, and Aliaksei Protas. Carbery also honored the Stromes by giving them the start. They skated with Hershey Bears legend Ethen Frank on the first line. According to the NHL, this family stat is not tracked during the preseason; however, the last time it occurred during a regular-season game was March 17, 2002. Jeff & Brad Norton, and Pavel & Valeri Bure took the ice for the Florida Panthers."
