Knicks' coaching search: Every candidate linked to New York
Briefly

The Knicks are facing a tumultuous offseason following the firing of head coach Tom Thibodeau, causing significant media scrutiny. The team is now tasked with finding its 32nd head coach. Rumors regarding potential candidates abound, although prominent names like Jay Wright and Dan Hurley have indicated they are not interested in transitioning from college coaching to the NBA. With the NBA Finals ongoing and a slew of options being discussed, Knicks fans are left guessing who will lead their team next in a challenging period.
I have been working with Jay Wright on TV for three years. Based on every conversation we have had I would say there is a greater chance that I will be the next Knicks coach than him.
Hurley made sense. He was very close to leaving the back-to-back national champions for the Lakers job last year, but elected to stay in Storrs.
