Mattia Agostinacchio, 18, will join EF Education–EasyPost on a long-term contract and step up to the WorldTour in 2026. He began in mountain biking before moving into cyclocross and road racing and currently holds the junior cyclocross world title after winning in Liévin with a broken shoe. He has multiple Italian road victories this season and placed second at the Trophée Centre Morbihan and inside the top 10 in the junior time trial at the Road World Championships in Rwanda. He expects to develop, improve on the bike, and enjoy the team environment at EF.
