Howland made his first-team debut for the Championship side this season, appearing twice in the Carabao Cup and most recently as a substitute in the Lions' 5-1 FA Cup defeat at Burnley last month. He joined Millwall's academy at the age of eight and has been a regular in their Under-21 side. The winger signed a long-term contract with the Lions in December. The loan sends a young, academy-developed wide player to Barnet for the remainder of the League Two season.
