Rangers have won four of 14 games this season and sit second bottom of the Scottish Premiership after losing four of their last seven matches. The team suffered a 1-0 home defeat to Genk in the Europa League opener and endured a heavy defeat in Champions League qualifying by Club Brugge. Midfielder Mohamed Diomande was sent off four minutes before half-time. Head coach Russell Martin says player confidence "is the best it has been" and that the players "are in a good place."
