"The build system now moved back to maturin. I managed to clean up CI, and now testing properly in all 3 platforms (Linux, Mac, Windows). Till this release I had to manually test the smartcard functionalities by connecting a Yubikey in Linux/Mac systems, but that will change for the future releases. More details will come out soon :)"

Several fixes and updates were applied, including updating kushal's public key and tests, upgrading sequoia-openpgp to 1.22.0, using scriv for the changelog, and updating pyo3 to 0.27.1. Code was cleaned to remove unwrap calls and eliminate cargo clippy warnings. The build system moved back to maturin. Continuous integration was cleaned up to enable testing on Linux, Mac, and Windows, and smartcard testing automation is planned.
