Foundation Recap: The Emperors Have No Clothes, And Barely an Empire
Briefly

The Cleon brothers face the crumbling of their empire, with each displaying varying levels of humanity and desperation. Brother Dawn remains idealistic, unwilling to surrender to duty and seeking a life beyond. Cleon XXV becomes curious about psychohistory, concerned that Demerzel might prioritize the dynasty over the greater good of humanity. The rising threat of The Mule prompts urgency as Dawn is tasked with addressing this threat, realizing diplomatic efforts are futile against the Warlord's intentions for war.
As their Empire crumbles around them, the three brothers act like proper humans, and it's easy to see the desperation and fear in them, with the knowledge that they'll likely be the last ones sinking in and pushing them to desperately cling on to the life they actually want.
Brother Dawn, still the same idealistic and emotional young emperor, refuses to bow down. He always fights for himself and sees a life beyond his duty.
Cleon XXV seems genuinely interested in learning about psychohistory and the origins of the dynasty, expressing concerns about Demerzel's intentions with the Prime Radiant.
Dawn is tasked with calling an official enclosure on Kalgan to stop the new Warlord, highlighting the urgency of the threat posed by The Mule.
