Kelly Clarkson Says Good Bye to Her Talk Show
""Stepping away from the daily schedule will allow me to prioritize my kids, which feels necessary and right for this next chapter of our lives. This isn't goodbye,""
""I'll still be making music, playing shows here and there and you may catch me on The Voice from time to time ... you never know where I might show up next. But for now, I want to thank y'all so much for allowing our show to be a part of your lives, and for believing in us and hanging with us for seven incredible years.""
Kelly Clarkson will end her daytime talk show after seven seasons to prioritize her children and step away from the daily hosting schedule. NBC confirmed that Clarkson made a personal decision to step away from hosting this year. Season seven will run through Fall 2026 with a few special guest hosts, and Clarkson will appear for most of the season. The show began in 2019 in Los Angeles, later moved to New York, and featured interviews and Kellyoke cover performances. Clarkson took a brief hiatus last year to be present for her children while their father was ill. Clarkson will begin a Las Vegas residency this summer and plans to continue making music and occasional appearances.
