"Nearly a week after it was first opened, service on Line 6 has resumed after it was yet again partially shut down on Saturday. Service between Finch West and Tobermory stations stopped twice at two different intervals due to a mechanical problem, according to TTC Service Alerts on social media. The first stoppage took place around 8:50 a.m. and resumed 20 minutes later, while the second occurred around 11:45 a.m. only to be fixed about 25 minutes later."
"The newly unveiled Finch West LRT faced mechanical hiccups throughout its first week. Similar issues, with a complete temporary stoppage of the line, was seen on Thursday. TTC said shuttle buses were running between impacted stations. CBC News reached out to the TTC and Metrolinx for comment."
