"It sounds like a horror movie," said Lukaniuk, describing the nightly disturbance from raccoons in her wall, reflecting her frustration and sleeplessness over the issue.
"Every time you think they're helping, it's just like, snail pace," Lukaniuk expressed, criticizing the slow response from the city and feeling that her concerns were not being addressed efficiently.
