Shayne Medeiros, 38, pleaded guilty to multiple sexual offenses and received a 26-year prison sentence. Medeiros and his wife assaulted several underage girls, including his daughter, while living in Fairhaven with their children and a second female partner. Two teenage visitors, ages 13 and 14, were given alcohol and marijuana, were touched indecently, shown nude photos, and pressured to perform sexual acts while the couple engaged in sex in the same room. Medeiros was arrested in 2022; investigators found items consistent with the girls' accounts. One daughter reported repeated assaults between ages 11 and 13 with the wife present and participating.
