Guerrero allegedly exposed his penis, repeatedly grabbed the woman's hand toward him, and said, "If you don't do what I say, I have a gun and I might as well shoot you." Michael J. Guerrero, 36, of Johnston, Rhode Island, posed as a valet at the 99 Restaurant in Pembroke and drove off with a 75-year-old woman the night of Sept. 14. The woman returned to retrieve a phone and wallet after church; the restaurant was closed when Guerrero offered to drive her to an open back door. Once inside, Guerrero allegedly drove toward a highway, exposed himself, grabbed her hand and breast, and threatened that he had a gun. The woman escaped at a Johnston traffic light, Guerrero fled after throwing the car key, and she reported the incident to police. Guerrero pleaded not guilty to five felony charges including indecent assault and battery.
