Moscot, established over a century ago, remains a family-owned business in New York's Lower East Side. CEO Harvey Moscot emphasizes the brand's commitment to quality and craftsmanship. Founded by Hyman Moscot as a pushcart, the brand evolved into a storefront on Orchard Street. Harvey takes pride in the family legacy, now involving his son Zack, who joined in 2013. Zack's designs draw inspiration from various sources, including film, exemplified by the new Plotz frame inspired by a character in the Oscar-nominated film Marty Supreme, filmed on Orchard Street.
